Dr. Matthew Cheung earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego in 2006. He then pursued his Doctorate in Optometry from the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. Driven by a passion for helping others, Dr. Cheung specializes in fitting specialty contact lenses for conditions such as Keratoconus, Corneal Transplants, and severe dry eye. He is also highly skilled in managing patients with glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy and participates in post-cataract and laser surgery co-management. In his free time, Dr. Cheung enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their rescue dog, Hachi.
